The School of Blacksmithing is in the grounds of Preston Hall Museum near Stockton-on-Tees and is easily reached by car via Preston Lane. A Google location map can be found at this link. The School is just a 10 minute walk from Eaglescliffe national rail station which offers direct trains to and from London Kings Cross.
